As we wave goodbye to 2023, it’s a natural time to look back and reflect on all of your achievements from the past year. To help you out during this time of observation, we’ve launched 4 new reports that will help you analyze, understand, and draw conclusions about your work. Now with greater ease, you can report on the past and know what actions to take to set your team, projects, tasks, and time up for success in the future. Here we come, 2024!
1. Estimated vs logged time per task
Compare the estimated time versus logged time across your tasks so you can see how your estimates stack up to the real thing. This report will be paramount for helping you have more accurate estimates on future work and clearly outline how off (or on) your “guesstimates” really are. Now you can remove the guesswork and better ensure that future tasks stay in scope thanks to this handy reference.
2. Task completion by user
By displaying the completion number of tasks by user, as well as any overdue tasks, you can easily see the pace in which your team members are chipping away at their work. Have more oversight and complete transparency on where tasks stand. This report allows you to self-serve and instantly know which tasks to dive deeper into based on how they’re progressing.
3. Logged time per project
Curious to know which project is eating up most of your team’s time? Or which project you logged the most non-billable time against? This report compares the amount of time logged across all of your projects, so you can easily draw similar conclusions in one easy-to-view list. Ensure you’re not over servicing clients and you’re meeting your billable to non-billable time targets.
4. Logged time per user
This final report provides an easy way to compare the amount of time logged (billable and non-billable) across all of your users. Who logs the most billable hours? Who logs the most non-billable hours? Is someone logging way more than 40 hours per week? Now in one convenient report, effortlessly see time tracking data for your team at a glance.
