The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our growing Marketing team. As the Demand Generation Manager, you will play a key role in driving pipeline by owning event strategy (sponsored events, networking opportunities and intimate, high-value Teamwork-hosted events), initiating ABM / Targeted Account Marketing programs, supporting nurture sequences for larger ongoing campaigns and piloting new demand generation platforms. This role is critical in accelerating revenue growth through a combination of field marketing, account-based marketing, and re-engagement strategies.
This role reports into the Demand Generation and Content Lead and is part of the Marketing team whose purpose is to develop predictable and scalable programs that drive net new customer acquisition and expansion. You will partner closely with sales, content, web, performance marketing, brand, and product marketing teams to ensure our demand generation strategy delivers on business objectives.
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented demand generation marketer who can take ownership of campaigns, programs, and pipeline generation from ideation to execution.
Responsibilities include:
- Event marketing - Develop and execute high-impact event strategy focused on pipeline generation and net new acquisition including experience across own and third-party sponsored events
- Manage e2e event strategy including relevant event selection and e2e approach including delegate acquisition, at event experiences and post-event marketing and sales outreach programs, budget management, measurement and ROI
- Lead and execute the target account marketing strategy for small to medium-sized firms, collaborating with go-to-market and sales teams to strategize, coordinate, and implement campaigns effectively.
- Nurture Sequences & Funnel Re-engagement: Support development of nurture programs across all campaigns to re-engage stagnant pipeline and accelerate conversions.
- Research and evaluate emerging demand generation platforms to assess their potential impact on pipeline generation while fostering a culture of experimentation to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall demand generation strategy and business goals.
- Sales Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with sales teams to develop effective follow-up strategies and establish feedback loops for continuous campaign improvement.
- Data-Driven Performance Management: Own reporting and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, and ROI, making data-backed recommendations for optimization.
What good looks like
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, with experience in full events strategy execution and ABM, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong track record in event strategy and execution, with measurable pipeline contribution.
- Expertise in target account marketing methodologies, including personalized engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset – ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Experience managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams (Sales, Content, Product Marketing, etc.).
- A growth mindset and a self-starter—comfortable with testing new platforms, experimentation, iterating on strategies, and adapting to business needs in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot a plus), familiarity with paid social and Google Ads a plus
