The opportunity

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a discerning eye for details, a keen sense of aesthetics, and want to make a huge impact on a wide variety of campaigns, projects, and initiatives, then this is the role for you!

As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you’ll conceptualize and deliver aspirational creative that takes our brand in exciting new directions. You'll be responsible for creating visual assets across all of our print and digital properties, including the website, social media, swag, and more. You believe in the power of visual storytelling, are highly collaborative and adaptable, and, above all, are driven to deliver exceptional work.

This is a remote role based in Poland.


  • Develop visually appealing digital assets that align with marketing goals, including social media campaigns, email templates, paid media ads, and landing pages.
  • Create resources to support offline and in-person marketing activities, including guides, slide decks, swag, one sheets, reports, signage and more.
  • Support the development and maintenance of our brand design system, visual language, and guidelines, while advocating for its implementation across the entire business
  • As you collaborate with the broader marketing team, ensure the brand speaks with one powerful, unified voice across all activities, from email and paid media campaigns to social media presence and in-person events.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, sparking creative ideas that generate disruptive, out-of-the-box marketing experiences.
  • Bring product design experience to create user-centered marketing assets that are visually engaging and easy to navigate.
  • Regularly review and refine design elements, pushing creative boundaries to boost performance and elevate engagement.
  • Enhance projects for the video creative team with design-focused video editing, producing cohesive and impactful content that amplifies campaigns and elevates the brand

What good looks like

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in web and graphic design.
  • Tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative and PremiereSuite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), Figma, and other relevant design and video tools.
  • Web Skills: Understanding of web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design.
  • Branding: Ability to develop and maintain brand consistency across various design assets.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for aesthetics, color, and typography.
  • Illustration: Strong illustration skills, including the ability to develop and prepare illustrations for videos and other assets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HTML/CSS for design implementation (bonus)
  • Familiarity with UI product design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work
  • Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment
