Transcript for the video 'Teamwork EVP Video':

I just think teamwork is one of the most humble organizations I've ever worked for. You can come with any idea. Anyone will talk to you about anything, whether it's Dan Woodworth, peter, whether it's a new technical intern that's just in the door. Even it's a small thing that you're doing. You feel so appreciated and respected for that work, and you get recognized for that as well. What I appreciate most about my colleagues is their generosity of time and information. Every company is filled with friendly and helpful people, but in teamwork they're also approachable and allows you to really access that. Everyone is very open to help you and to really collaborate and everyone is really passionate about what they do. And that really comes across whenever you talk to people. Coming as Pride woman married to another woman is fantastic and I love that I can be who I am with pride. I don't have to hide any part of who my true self is. I don't get on to meetings and, you know, get nervous that I can't be exactly who I am. And in fact, I'm embraced for exactly who I am at teamwork. Teamwork is fun. Honestly here and teamwork. I think we have great professionals, but foremost better humans.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I apply for a role at Teamwork.com?

We like to keep things simple – you can submit your CV from the job posting on our careers page, with your name, email and phone number. There is also an option to sign in and apply via your LinkedIn profile.

You may also see our jobs listed on LinkedIn or other social media sites and you can apply through those links also.

What do I need when applying for a role at Teamwork.com?

An up-to-date CV! Cover letters aren't mandatory – but you do have the option to attach a cover letter and/or portfolio.

I was referred by a current Teamworker, what do I do now?

If a current Teamworker has supplied you with a referral link, you just need to submit your CV by clicking the link and following the prompts on the website. It will be tagged on our end as a referral and your referrer will be notified.

Can I apply to multiple roles?

You can! There are no limits on how many roles you can apply for, but please consider your suitability for each role. A recruiter will let you know, per role, the success and progression of your application.

How can I ensure you have received my application?

We aim to let you know within three working days of receiving your CV if we are moving forward with your application. Thereafter, you will receive email notifications as you move through the hiring process.

Who should I provide as my references?

We’d recommend providing a reference from your current/most recent positions, and a reference who could best assess your suitability for this role. Our referencing process is automated and you will receive reference requests once an offer has been made.

How do I prepare for an interview with Teamwork.com? Where can I learn more about the company?

Review the job description to understand what we are looking for and start thinking of questions you would like to ask our recruitment team.

Prepare in advance for some of the questions we might ask.

Please make sure you are taking the interview in a quiet space with a good internet connection.

Get to know us and how we operate by checking out our social channels.

Your recruiter is your advocate. Please ask them more about the company, the team and the role on offer.

Be yourself! The interviewers are human and have been in the exact same position as you. We really just want to learn more about you, your skillset and see if you are a culture-add for Teamwork.com.

What is a task-based assessment?

Depending on the role you are applying for, we may include a task-based assessment to give you the opportunity to flex your skills, and showcase what you can do. For example, our engineering roles have a take-home technical task and our sales roles have a live roleplay. This is a great chance to show just what you can bring to the team in a practical way. We do our best not to make this too difficult, we do not want you spending hours preparing formal presentations or trawling through code. Your Recruiter will advise you, ensuring we see you at your best.

Do you offer feedback?

We know that taking the time to prepare for interviews is an investment of your time so we want to ensure that you get the feedback needed to progress in your career. Our recruitment team will respond to any feedback requests.

What can I expect after attending an interview?

After an interview, the interviewers/panel will add their feedback and decide whether or not to move forward with your application. This is then shared with your recruiter, who will be able to notify you as soon as possible, and where applicable, provide feedback. We also appreciate this is a two way street, so we will ask to hear your feedback too!

How can I follow the process of my application?

We will let you know at each stage whether we’ll be moving forward with your application. If you have any doubts or concerns about the receipt of your application, you can reach out to the talent team at jobs@teamwork.com

If I need reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process, who do I speak to?

We have outlined our standard recruitment process above. You can confidentially discuss what adjustment you require when invited for an interview and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Our end to end process is usually virtual; it's rare that we will invite you into the office for an assessment or interview.
